Description
We are currently looking for a Field Service Supervisor to focus on driving field activities. You will be required to have extensive Solar PV industry knowledge.

Position Overview:
To oversee and implement Operations and Maintenance activities in conjunction with our chosen Service providers. You will report to Director of Operations in a Renewable Energy company with massive growth prospects.
Responsibilities:
Monitors service provider performance
Site evaluations and field inspections
Develop training material for service providers
Ensure all providers are providing superior Service levels |
Requirements

Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with an emphasis on renewable energy and / or PV installation
Core Requirements:
- Minimum three years experience in installing medium to large PV power plants.
- PV system design and maintenance - Plus
- NABCEP Certification
General Requirements:
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time is required.
Key skills:
- Renewable energy, strong installation experience with large-scale PV installations and exceptional management skill
