NeoZyte's local Service Provider partnership allows engineering, procurement and construction contractors (EPCs) to concentrate on their core competency – building power plants – by handling the post-construction tasks of O&M and warranty management under contract to the plant owner.

NeoZyte assigns O&M services or procurement to our local Service Provider network. The Service Providers are trained and certified by NeoZyte, and are able to provide timely quality service to ensure continued production.

Warranty Management

Each solar power plant is covered by many separate warranties, including OEM warranties for PV modules, inverters, monitoring and mounting systems. NeoZyte professionally manages the warranty portfolio for power plants to minimize risk and save repair costs, removing this responsibility from the EPC.

Requests for Proposals

The O&M requirement in RFPs can be offloaded to NeoZyte at fixed cost. A differentiator for an EPC is to have an O&M service provider handling each line item in their proposal. The O&M services are included as part of the owner's asset portfolio after the system is built.
